I'm was taking 60 mg of prednisone and i have a question?

I have nephortic syndrome and im takign 45 mg of prednisone right now and 200 mg of cyclosporine for a long time now (years) and I'm 11 years old (ignore my profile) and also I'm about 90 lb. and I've noticed that alot of it looks like fat to me like when I sit down my stomech makes rolls of fat which is pretty weird. and also my legs and cheeks look really fat too. So am I fat because of me or is it the medicene?
