Question: What makes Blood pressure go low!?
When I was sick this week my Blood pressure was low!.
sometimes it was 79/30 way too low( know wonder why I felt crappy)

It's because your heart was (like any pump when weakened, or not working properly) was not pumping hard enough, not expelling sufficient blood into your large upper arterial system (Aorta, and large arteries, etc) to maintain a pressure gradient big enough to drive blood round your body!.
Possibly a blood deficiency associated with your anaemia compounded this, in the same way as a fireman's pump, for instance, was drawing its supply of water from a tank that was too low a capacity!. That's why the transfusion helped!.
You don't say what your pulse rate was, but chances are that it too was low, and this would be the third factor!. The heart must pump (1) strongly enough (2) fast enough and (3) from a reservoir sufficiently large capacity, to do its job properlyWww@Answer-Health@Com
