Help..im unable to breathe!?!

Help..im unable to breathe!?

i can inhale and exhale but it doesnt feel like thats enough for my body and when i try to take deep breaths in the middle of doing that i cant grab enough air and i stops..im only able to do a deep breath a few times but it comes back again...its been going on since yesterday!!

oh i was running today and i breathed fine! im a very nervous person and worry about something about being wrong..maybe this is a panic attack or something..

my wife has been going threw similar problems for years . the doctors said she had allergies and asthma she was on so many med . it was unreal just to day she went to a allergy clinic they told her it was vcd (vocal cord dysfunction) they compared it to breathing threw a straw . check it out hope this helps
