Answers:
There are many causes of rashes in children!.

It could be:

Chickenpox - Chickenpox causes crops of red spots that develop central fluid-filled vesicles before crusting over!.

Measles - The measles rash, for example, consists of small flat red spots that often start behind the ears and spread down the body!.

Meningitis (this is very dangerous, if there is any sign she has this, you must go to hospital immediately) - A meningeal rash has rapidly spreading, flat, red spots (often like tiny haemorrhage's in the skin), which don't blanche or disappear when pressed - do the glass test!.

The scabies mite causes another familiar rash in childhood!.
Ringworm is a rash caused by a fungal infection, and the yeast candida can cause or complicate nappy rash!.

A reaction or allergy to detergent / medicine / food - Allergic rashes may be accompanied by general signs, such as swelling of the face!.

Eczema - Excema rashes are often itchy, in patches, particularly in the crooks of elbows, or on hands etc!. It may weep!.

If you're not sure what's causing the rash or your child is generally unwell, see your Doctor!.

If she has any of the following, she needs to seek medical attention immediately:
Red spots that do not go away when a glass is pressed against them
Stiff neck
Drowsiness
Fever
Headache

could be heat rash or exma
chicken pox starts of as red spots and liquid forms in them less than 24 to 48 hours
but to be safe do the tumbler test
(DO THE TUMBLER TEST ON THE SAFE SIDE ) for meningitis (might not be)
just to be safe
hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
