Question: I need help with my bulimia problem! !?
I'm 13 and bulimic!. I know it is terrible, but whatever i don't need you to preach to me about it being wrong I ALREADY KNOW IT IS! but i'm tired of being like this, it's unhealthy and dangerous!. I need diet tips and ideas and i need this weight to come off FAST!.

If you want to lose at least 10 pounds in the first month (some lose 20 pounds) stick to the following food plan and if you find you cannot follow it:
Get help through a sponsor!. www!.foodaddicts!.org tells you how to do it!.
Be really kind and gentle to yourself and everybody else and avoid arguments or negative thoughts!.
Focus on everything that is beautiful in your life and be grateful for it!. See if you can find something nice in every person you meet and say something nice to as many people as possible!.
Whenever a thought pops up that is deprecating yourself or others tell yourself: Don't even go there! and distract yourself immediately with the memory of the most beautiful moment in your life!.
Have 3 meals and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in between!.

Eat your meals between 4 to 6 hours apart!.
Go to bed early and sleep 8 hours!.
You do not need to exercise but it is great when you can do it - it probably makes you feel better!. But don't exaggerate because it will make you hungry!.
Only drink non-caloric / diet beverages (means no milk or sugared soda)
The food MUST not be processed food but plain and healthy
get yourself a digital food scale and measure everything PRECISELY (not more not less 4!.0 is 4!.0 not 4!.1)
Eat at home or bring Tupperware with your weighed and measured food to school or parties!.


Breakfast:
8 oz of non fat plain yogurt, 1 oz of dry plain oatmeal (to be cooked with water and cinnamon in the microwave), ONE piece of fruit like an apple or pear or nectarine or peach or 6 oz of any other fruit BUT NO DRIED FRUIT or bananas or figs or dates!.

Lunch:
4 oz of grilled or steamed meat or fish, 6 oz of cooked vegetable (weigh it after you cooked it) , 6 oz of salad, 1 TBSP of oil, ONE apple or pear or nectarine or peach or 6 oz of any other fruit BUT NO DRIED FRUIT!.

Dinner:
same as lunch

Kay nothing is wrong with you!. It is okay!. If you wanna loose weight do it the safer way!. Drink water, exercise, and don't barf!. It can rot your teeth and you can loose your hair, coming from all the LMN movies i have watched!. Please stop, it is so sad to read that!. You can go to meetings and stuff!. I am so sorry about your problem!.Research it and talk to a doctor!. Dont listen to what others say, cept for me i wrote this to help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
