I've been having these chest pains...?!

Question: I've been having these chest pains!.!.!.!?
I've been having these chest pains (left side) for a long time, around three years now!. When it first started, it wasn't a problem at all, a slight inconvenience at most!. Since then, its become a major problem!. Any time I need to say, lift a box, or walk up stairs, I get this chest pain badly, much more painful than when it first started!.
Now, I have Pectus Carinatum, but its minor, almost un-noticable!. Doctor's assumed it was that, and kept telling me "Oh, there's no damage or severe deformation, it shouldn't hurt at all!." I assumed there was no problem, as that was the only answer I got over the three years, until about a month ago, when I was recommended to a much more understanding doctor!.

Recently, i've had an EKG, and an Echocardiogram, but they came out fine!. Four days ago I started getting pain in the left arm+slightly in shoulder, and more centralized chest pains, which is making me worried, since that's never happened before!. I've got this bad feeling its a heart problem, due to it being all around my heart for so long, but i'm unsure!. If anyone has any insight into this I would greatly appreciate it!!

Some extra info:
The pain i've had isn't like, a stabbing pain or something, its more like i'm getting squished by pressure!. The new pains in my arm+middle chest are the same kind!. It became progressively more painful + often over the three years!.
Also, i've been a smoker since shortly after this pain started!.
Quitting Cigarettes with Wellbutrin right now, down to 1-2/day!.
I'm almost 19, and weigh around 110!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
