Is it a stye?

i have like this big bump on my top eyelid some ppl tell me is a stye but from what ive been reading is supposed to hurt and mine doesnt.. is it a stye or if not what can it be??

i also want to know if it is a stye can i still use the same makeup ive been using after i get rid of the stye or should i buy new make up?

some ppl have suggested to pop it but ive tried and i cant because all i can get with my hand is skin is not hard on the top..

oh and ive had it for 6 months now..
