How do i know if i have allergies?
My nose itches like hell and when I try to rub it I sneeze like 7 times . .. i count the sneezes every time. Is it allergies?

It could very well be. If your itchy nose is also stuffy and is accompanied with watery eyes, I would consider seeing an allergist. I have suffered with allergies for most of my life. I take Zyrtec and have allergy shots once a month. This combination has really helped me. If your allergies aren't that severe, an over-the-counter antihistamine may be all you need. Hope that helps!
