Genital Diseases in Children, what age? when? Any Cures? Lifestyles?!

Question:

Genital Diseases in Children, what age? when? Any Cures? Lifestyles?

I have a grandchild who was born with a Genital Disease, but
at age 14, she's had few problems with it. I fear for her health
as her mother, has suffered much pain, and the Disease has
progressed.
In our family lineage, women in 8 generations, have had
miscarriages, infant deaths, early menopause, Emotional
Instability, Spousal Separation, Parent-Child Separation.
Can't laws be passed to help prevent infants & children
from becoming "carriers"?
I've stood by my granddaughter, and will be there for her, as
long as she needs me, but there are some circumstances,
which separated us, and I am trying to get her back into the
family unity, because others, where she is, doesn't know or
realize her predicament, or any details about her ancestory,
in order to be of assistance in the future, to her.
I have court papers of Full-Guardianship, but she ''slipped''
through the System, by Technicality. How would you feel
if it was your loved one? I need more advice to understand...

Answers:

If you are stating your family has had an infectious venereal disease for 8 generations it would seem you would know the name of the disease.

If you are speaking of generations of sexual abuse as children take the girl to a hospital Emergency Room and contact the police to remove the abuser(s). Do not be embarrassed to tell medical practitioners and police clearly what the problem is , if this is the case.

If sexual abuse is not the problem, just congenital disease:

[Congenital infection before or during birth can take place with several diseases, syphilis, HIV, Herpes and others.
If your family had the disease 8 generations but it is incurable that rules out HIV, it did not exist, and syphilis, cureable, but makes me think of Herpes and Toxoplasmosis, but the later usually kills too quickly. HPV can fit, but is primarily from multiple sex partners rather than passed from the mother at birth.]

Your questions about the social and psychological related problems are best dealt with by a social worker or psychologist.

Step one-

Get the diagnosis of the illness you refer to here, from doctor's or hospital records or going to a physician and presenting your history and allow him/her to arrive at a diagnosis.

Step two-

Seek council for yourself and your family.

With the help of the specific diagnosis from the doctor and medical records, a social worker and psychologist or physician can guide you to the best results and explain what to expect and how to deal with it.
