Question: Little Noses Allergy Block!?

I have seen the ads on TV where this product states it "Blocks allergens before it enters the nose" and it shows the product working on a computer simulated nose!.!.!. So what is the real deal!? How exactly does this product work!? I am interested in purchasing one for my son and one for my husband but I saw it is $14!.00 and the tube is tiny!. I'd love some input so I don't end up wasting $30!.00 for 2 tubes!.
