I fell a small lump on my throat?

i feel a small lump on my throat is it cancer its been there for a year or so.

Get it checked out, for your peace of mind. I started with a simple lump in my throat. But mine quickly grew and turned out to be Lymphoma. Don't let it go, there are slow-growing types out there. Hopefully, what you have will turn out to be nothing. But, how will you know? Please see your doctor.
