How can I fix my scarred hands?!
Question: How can I fix my scarred hands!?
I bite my fingers all the time!. My knuckles are hard and red from it!. I am stopping biting them!. I do this when i'm bored or nervous or even just when i'm thinking!. What else can I do to heal them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Emu oil! You can buy it at almost any pharmacy/grociery store that sells moisturizers, a very well known brand is called "Blue Emu"
It's wonderful and has been considered a "miracle cream" haha!.
It helps burns, scars, dry skin, etc etc!. I bought it to help my horse's saddle sores heal and it did a wonderful job, and I also use it on my hands as a moisturizer in the winter!.
It's a bit pricey (I believe I paid 10 dollars for a small tub of it) but is well worth it and a little bit goes a long way with this stuff!.
Aloe vera (and aloe based moisturizers) may help as well!. Whatever you do, avoid using moisturizers that contain any alcohol in them, as that will do more damage to your hands rather than help them heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a really rich moisturiser and you can also exfoliate them but only if they are not sore and broken!.!.!.just add some sugar to a moisturising hand wash and scrub!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
