MY TOENAILS ON MY LEFT FOOT ARE FINE BUT THE ONES ON MY RIGHT FOOT ARE REALLY GROSS. THEY ARE YELLOWISH AND FLAKY AND ONE OF THEM IS REALLY BIG.. LIKE IT STICKS UP FARTHER THAN THE OTHER ONES.. ITS LIKE THEY ARE DECINIGRATING I CAN CUT THEM BACK REALLY FAR AND THE SKIN UNDERNEETH THEM IS DRY AND FLAKY TOO.. MY FOOT IS THE SAME WAY IT IS REALLY DRY AND I HAVE TO USE A PUMIC STONE EVERY DAY.. ITS REALLY WEIRD CAUSE ITS ONLY LIKE THAT ON MY RIGHT FOOT... MY LEFT FOOT IS PERFECTLY NORMAL.. WHATS GOING ON?

You have to put it on your toenails several times a day for a very long time, but the medication you get from your doctor for this problem also takes a long time to work (you'll be on this medication for several months). The prescription medication can also affect your liver, so it need to be monitored by your doctor when you're on it. So, I would start with the Vicks first, since it is harmless to try that. Then if it doesn't work, get a prescription for the toenail fungus.
