Possible gangrene involvement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
A mask is not needed for the treatment of infected toes!. However, if you are doing a procedure that will cause body fluid, irrigating solution or blood to come in contact with you, a mask is a very good idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as a health care provider myself, there are only two reasons why you should wear a mask in this kind of situation:
1!. the feet smell really bad and you can't tolerate them
2!. the infectious disease is airborne!.
if the above reasons don't apply to your situation, then the answer is no!. the client might feel awkward and self-conscious if you wore a mask for no reasonable reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
