A question about smoking?!

Question: A question about smoking!?
What kind of damage can be done to the lungs after smoking for 2 years (on and off)!. I smoked for about this long, about a pack to a pack and a half a week!. I haven't smoked in over a year (Well, I cheated a few times, and had probably 3 cigarettes total)!.!.!.

I was just wondering how bad this was since I stopped and never plan on smoking again!.

I've noticed that during this cold I've had, my cough has hung around for almost 2 weeks after the cold!.

I wonder if my lungs will heal back to normal!? What are my risks for cancer!?

I smoked 2 and a half packs a day for 12 years!. And I stopped smoking 3 years ago and began to fitness!. I don't feel anything wrong in my lungs anyway!.

Our bodies very strong rather than we think and they keep going working and cleaning!.

You can find information on the following link about what happens in your body after you stop smoking:

Since you just barely smoked (20-30 cigarettes per week), you probably don't have any significant lung damage!. Your risk for cancer is only very slightly more than someone who never smoked!.

Real smoking is 20-30 cigarettes or more per DAY, not per week!. You will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
