Can you get a disease from your hair stylist?!

I was getting my hair cut a few weeks ago and the hair stylist accidentally cut her finger while she was cutting my hair!. She immediately ran away and then came back with a band-aid on her finger!. She didn't initially sterilize the scissors, but she did after a few more chops on my hair!. Then she left again and had a towel around her finger!. She said she couldn't get her finger to stop bleeding!. After about 15 minutes, she came back with her finger wrapped and she finished cutting my hair with sterilized scissors!. I didn't see any blood on me or my hair, but what if microscopic amounts were on my hair!? As soon as I got home I took a shower and washed my hair!. If she were to have a disease like hiv, could I catch it from her!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
