Question: What can I get over-the-counter for Psoriasis that works!?

I don't have insurance and I can't afford to go to a doctor right now!. Is there anything that I can do for it myself!? There are small, itchy patches on my ankles and heels!. It was probably brought on by stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Without a prescription all you got is lotion, get some of that super moisturizy stuff, I use cetaphil or somethin like that!. Psoriasis sucks =(Www@Answer-Health@Com
