Ear congestion/fluid?!

Ear congestion/fluid?

i have something like liquid or congestion in my ears making feel very off balance when i walk around especially in stores i have to hang on to something.,any ideas what can clear this up so i can do to disneyland and not be off balance.whatever it is is moving around in ear.

I have that, chronically because of allergies, Its from your eustachian tubes in your ears not draining properly causing the full feeling and sometimes when it's bad balance problems/ i don't hear as well, the only relief i get is from taking sudafed, the real sudafed{psuedoephedrine} not the new PE doesn't work worth a .... stuff. dealing with any allergies would help prevent it in the first place , i'd recommend seeing an allergist .
