Question: Can people with sickle cell take cold medicine!?

I wonder if someone (especially kids) with sickle cell disease be given cold or flu medicine!? My child have the disease and have a cold!. I want to give her cold medicine but scared it might affect the medicine she takes already!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
