After doing it by mouth, if my bf comes on my face, or on my body, can i get any infections??

Only if he has something (virus etc) and it penetrates into your system through mucous membrane or open cut, sore etc.
If his just let it go on your stomache, no, you would not get anything.
Honestly, better to be extra safe and risk offending him than
live with consequences of taking the risks.
