Question: Is sweating when ever you move around (like in the kitchen) a sign something is wrong!?
When cleaning a kitchen, or sweeping, or any kind of normal housework, is it normal to sweat if one is about 60 lbs over weight!? I know a woman who cannot do much work without sweating--she does have high blood pressure and she wanted me to find out a bit about of information for her!. She is also controlling her blood pressure with meds!. Proprananol and lisinipril with a water pill mixed in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
60 lbs is a lot of insulation!. And that's what it's doing - keeping the body heat in!. So, as you exercise, or move, in a heated area (kitchen or outside when it's warm) your body has to work very hard to keep you cool - and the fatter you are the harder it works!. BUT, the perspiration doesn't pass easily through the fat, so it comes out in lots of other places instead! And you will feel HOT!.

The best answer is to lose weight, but a good fan or air conditioner can help a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all we all know "the woman you know" is actually you!. Second if your sweating while cleaning yes there is something wrong!. It means your in horrible shape and its a wake up call to get moving!. Try walking, running, and eating healthier you will see results!. 60 lbs over weight is a lot actually and that weight is tough on your joints and muscles it would be like me carrying 60 pounds on my back all day( im 6'3' 185 pounds) dont be lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

being overweight makes a difference first off and i get all sweaty when i vaccuum and im not over weight!. she may just need a fan or airconditioner and a diet and that should make things ok!. working make u sweat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
