I suffer from OCD & ...?!

Question: I suffer from OCD & !.!.!.!?

I suffer from OCD!. I have been on Paxil and Fluoxetine, but I am feeling the need to wash my hands regulary!. I've put a lock on my bathroom door to prevent this and I am trying to eat solids, but I am feeling the need to be sick once the substance hits my lips!.
Any help from other sufferers !?
