Answers:
Regardless of weight, exercise is key to preventing type 2 diabetes!. Type 2 diabetes is when the body produces enough insulin (the hormone that lowers blood sugar), but there is a resistance to it!. It doesn't work as well and blood sugar is high!. Many studies have shown that both aerobic (jogging, swimming, etc) exercise and resistance training (weight-lifting) make the body more sensitized to insulin!. Thus, with exercise, the body responds more "normally" and is able to keep blood sugar more in check!.
Please see your doctor on how to begin an exercise program if you haven't been exercising already!. S/he can help you decide what will be safest and most effective!.
(The bonus for you is that exercise will certainly help you lose and keep off some weight)!.

Someone with high cholesterol and high blood pressure should also watch his diet!. Low-salt, low-fat, and low-alcohol would be a good starting point!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First get serious about exercise , it helps you re muscles process the sugar you take in, then I have been taking 2k mg Cinnamon capsules every day my blood sugar count has went down, then lose weight, for cholesterol I have been taking one clove of garlic everyday have yet to see the results of thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are foods which help to control diabetes!. And foods that lower cholesterol!. To help, diabetes, drink chamomile tea!. Recent research from Universities in Japan and the UK have linked chamomile tea with reduced complications from diabetes!. To lower cholesterol, eat oatmeal with cinnamon for breakfast!. For lunch and dinner, stick with green vegetables and fish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
