I'm going to give you a valuable tip that saved my prom night: make an appointment with your dermatologist ASAP and have her inject that fu(ker with a cortisone shot!. Your zit will be gone in 20 minutes, max!. Don't do any of the other things people have suggested, it sounds like it's a cystic zit (one of those painful, deep ones) and you're going to aggravate it by touching it, and above all, don't stress, it will bring on more acne!. Get thee to a dermatologist pronto, and enjoy homecoming :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a clump of cotton wool and boil the kettle!.
Then dip the cotton wool in the boiling water and hold it onto the pimple!.
The heat draws the pimple out and speeds up the process!.
Keep doing this, it may not work as soon as you do it but it will definitely be gone by Saturday!.

When the pimple has finally surfaced more, try popping it, but make sure to clean it thoroughly afterward, otherwise the puss/blood can go back into the pimple and could grow even worse and become a boil!.

:) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I would suggest applying a bit of lemon juice directly on the pimple every night but wash your face with a special face cleanser first- then after you've washed your face, you should apply & rub the lemon juice in then go straight to bed while the acidity of the lemon juice is eating dirt out!. (Worked for me when I got a huge pimple two days right before the prom!)

PS!. Don't rub it in too excessively or it'll cause the skin to dry and break out & bleeding!. (Just dab it on and rub around one or two times!.)

Hope it helps! Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have two options: dry it out, or try to bring it to a head before saturday!.

the first is great but it can be a bit obvious, and makes the skin around it dry and flaky!. you have to cake it up with soap and toothpaste which dry it out and avoid touching your face at all for the whole week!. this makes it recede, sometimes permanently, sometimes temporarily!.

the second is the easiest and my favourite!. treat your face as normal, though being careful not to cause any more spots or pimples!.steam your face every day to open your pores, which will probably bring it to a head quickly!. you can get it as greasy and clogged as you like, because this will just help it come to a head!. leave it until it is absoloutly necessary to pop it and its painful to touch, then get rid of it!. steam your face again and wash immediately with cold water to close pores!.

good luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

in my experience go to the drug store and get a tube of something like zap-zit, clearasil, clean& clear, whatever!. ANYTHING that contains salicylic acid like at least !.5% and put it on as many times as you can throughout the day, drink lots of water, and after start a acne regime and least to moderate your breakouts!. Let me know if it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a Undergrounder!.!.!. definitely wouldn't try to squeeze it as this will only make more oils build up!. The good news about those, is that they usually fade away and dry up on their own within 3 days!. If you are looking for a professional treatment in case that doesn't work, you can go to your local dermatologist and he can zap it for you!. This usually costs about $50!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

put plain soap on it a large glob over the pimple and let it dry!.
the faster id drys out the faster it will heal!. alchol works good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try putting a hot compress on it!. That should help it open and drain!. Don't squeeze it!. That will make it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut it off with some scissors LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
