Question: Why do i have crusty yellow scabs on my armpits!?

It sounds like you might have a skin infection called impetigo!. If you scraped yourself while shaving under your arms, you might have introduced bacteria into the broken skin!. Try using an antibiotic cream like Neosporin or Polysporin on the pimply or scabby areas!. If the areas don't improve in 24 hours, see your doctor!. You could have a resistant infection that could be very hard to get rid of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
