Is it bad to have a red mole?!

O!.K!. so im 11 and i have this small red mole on the bottom of my stomach and it has brown in the center and red around it!.i first noticed it in 5th grade and never saw before and sun could not have gotten to it because i had a 1 peice!.yes, i have scratched it off a couple times and it bled a ton!.when i scratched it off it looked like a small peice of skin with a bump in it!.there is no black hair sticking out!.but could it be cancer if so what type and could it be harmful!?please help :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
