Any idea what the hell this was?!

Question: Any idea what the hell this was!?
A couple of months ago, I got a really bad rash!. They were lumps that looked like spider bites except they weren't and there were lots of them (about the size of a 5cent piece)!. I had them on my hands, the right knee and my right elbow!. They were very painful and itchy and I got very sick, nausea, fever, hands were swollen, aching limbs etc!. I got tested for Ross River Fever and some other unpronounceable thing which turned out negative!. I was given a steroid cream which cleared it up in a few days!. It hasn't come back either but it still bothers me what it was!. Has anyone else had something similar!? I don't have any allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The steroid cream helped it to go away, and that makes me wonder if you're allergic to something and you're not aware of it!. I think what you're describing were called "hives", and they're a common reaction to an allergen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you take care of horses it could have been that you had a bad reaction to the horse shampoo!. Or maybe you got bit by an outdoor bug and did not know you were allergic!. Or maybe a plant or grass that you may have brushed up against that irritated your skin!. Im glad you are feeling better now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not a doctor but it might be a couple of different symptoms like chicken pox and other things but you should go to a doctor

if it goes away that doesn't mean its gone forever any way Better safe then sorryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probably a virus or something!. If its gone theres nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
