it's worse when i drink coke or carbonated mineral water; is also worse when the environment is damp and cool.

Well Rosebud, The caffeine in coke can act like a diuretic and cause you to urinate frequently depending how much you drink. Don't forget the more you urinate the more you will drink to compensate for dehydration. The more you drink the more you urinate. It becomes a vicious cycle.
Chronic urination can be caused by hyperglycemia (Diabetes) This can occur in males or females. Also an over active bladder could be the culprit.
Check with your doctor and get a proper diagnosis for a piece of mind at least.
PS.. It might be wise to buy some pedialyte or other drink that has electrolytes and other minerals such as potassium that is depleted with frequent urination.
