Answers:
It's a natural thing that happens in 99% of the population!. It is caused by REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep!. The deepest stage of sleep where your dreams take place!. Your brain still has control over your body and you twitch, or in some cases completely act out your dreams!. Nothing to worry about as long as it isn't affecting your sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is it a serious problem to you!? usually its just from involuntary muscle spasms!. Otherwise, if its causing a problem with sleeping, you should look into your diet!. Or talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too much lack of sleep, the REM pattern is off!. Too much caffeine perhaps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
