Efexo-XR overdose???? how much is clasified as an overdose????
a starting dosage is 75mg and Im on 300mg atm and iv accidently taken to doses in 12hrs... so thats 600mg ...and on the net it says stuff about siezures and all these bad things that happen with an overdose but doesnt say how much an over dose is.... :S HELP!

Relax.... there are cases where doctors prescribed doses that high. The worst that will happen is your body may be po'd tomorrow when it doesn't get the same dose. So you will feel tired and nauseaus etc. I was on that medication, 150mg, and it ruined my life! It worked the first 6 months then the side effects and dependency on it kicked in. It took me close to a year to successfully wean off. Be careful with it, I don't think you'll die from an od or anything but your body does get very dependent on it. Comming off has been described as worse than comming off heroine. if it helps you, please by all means stay on it. If your not seeing a change, and one thing that really impacted me was I was so forgetful (ie: you took an extra pill by accident) I lost 2 jobs because of this med. Hopefully your case is different.
