IT still hurts and i have it on my shoulders and my back. and what can i do besides wear sunscreen in the sun. should i cover it up? what soothes it?

well, there is this stuff by ocean potion. um, brb i'll c what its called.......100% pure aloe gel. its green and it cools down ur sun-burn and takes it away. just wear that. it really works. trust me.
