If you're (sort of) "getting on in years" it's almost certainly because the skin loses it's collagen-induced elasticity!. In fact there's a name for it , "Pruritus Senilis" !.!.!.!. My Latin's not good at all, and why doctors can't say "Old Peoples' Itch" I'll never know!.
As a matter of fact it's easily alleviated, by rubbing in spray-on moisturizers!. Vaseline do one!.!. If you're interested I'll look it up and post it!.

check in the morning if you have a creamy white paste on your lower spine, if so you will be having night sweats,get yourself checked out as you may have type two diabetes, or if you have gone tropical malaria,I had the itches and in my sleep scratched myself so blood was on the sheets, I have type two diabetes!.
