How can I get to sleep?! Insomnia.?!


Question: How can I get to sleep!?! Insomnia!.!?
I have a hard time sleeping at night for probably the last few months!. It's starting to drive me crazy! I'm so tired right now!. It's 4:45am and I haven't slept at all!.

Please, what can I do to get some sleep tonight!? Any tips!? Help! :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

I experienced the same situation about 3 years ago!.

I did as belows:

I bought a YOGA book!.
Try to follow the meditation, breathing and simpe YOGA
and start to walk at least 30 minutes a day!.

Look for a place with no noise at all!. Breath , breath and breath!.!.!.!.deep breath and if you do for several times !.!.!.suddenly you will have a very good sleep!./

I am sure if you follow simple meditation , regular deep breath and light YOGA, your sleep will be recovered!.

If your insomnia is that profound, you might want to ask your doctor for help!. If you're awake at 05:00, then it's pretty serious!. Until then, there are some things that might help!.

1!. Exercise!. It's been shown to combat insomnia rather effectively!. The best time to exercise for you would be late afternoon or early evening, more than 2 but less than 4 hours before you go to bed!. 30-45 minutes should be sufficient!. Swimming, running, and bicycling are excellent choices!.

2!. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day!.

3!. Eliminate all noise and light when you're going to bed!. Light affects the way your brain produces hormones that regulate your sleep cycle!.

4!. Herbs might help!. I don't know anything about the herbs that are used to induce sleep, but the source I have listed at the top seems to have some valuable information!.

5!. Don't use your sleep environment for anything but sleep and sex!.

6!. Start unwinding and relaxing well before you try to sleep!. Give yourself at least 30 minutes to take a bath, read a book, listen to relaxing music (etc!.) before you lie down!.

First, you need to figure out what have caused you insomnia!? Your work stress, financial, or family and etc negative issue surrounding you!.

There were many ways to treat insomnia like, massage, herbal bath, exercise and changing lifestyle!. Some people treat insomnia by sipping a warm cup of tea made with an herb such as chamomile, hops, passionflower, or St!. John's wort!.
