Anyone have any idea what this rash could be?!

Question: Anyone have any idea what this rash could be!?
My cousin gets it at least once a day, and when he gets it it lasts for about 30-45 minutes!. It appears all over his body, except for around his eyes, and the palms of his hands and feet!.

They are tiny flat red spots, hundreds and hundreds of tiny round spots!. They appear when he sweats, when there is a change of temperature, when he takes a hot shower, when he eats spicy or salty foods, it gets worse in the winter and probably some other causes too that i cant remember!.

If he continues doing whatever is causing it, the spots get redder and more noticeable, and he says if he continues even further they raise a tiny bit, like they arent bumps, but he can feel them!.

He's got a dermatologist appointment in november, but this has been going on for a while (like 2 years) and it seems to have been getting much worse lately, and i've looked everywhere on the internet and cant figure out what the heck is going on!. I dont want to wait until november!.

Answers:
Can't be heat rash, it's too short lived!.

Sounds more like Urticaria!. A dermatological allergic reaction to something that he is exposed to on a daily basis!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

he must have sensitive skin!. this is serious and must be checked by a doctor!. if u don't want to wait for a Doctor, u can go to a hospital and take care of it faster!. whenever it reappears, go straight to the hospital!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your Highness,
The symptoms that you describe resemble those of miliaria rubra, which is more commonly known as sweat rash/heat rash or prickly heat!. This develops when the narrow ducts carrying sweat to the skin surface get clogged!. The trapped sweat causes inflammation, which produces irritation (prickling), itching, and a rash of very tiny blisters!. Prickly heat also can appear as large, reddened areas of skin!. The condition is controlled by keeping the skin cool and dry!. Use of powders and antiperspirants often helps!. Conditions that increase sweating should be avoided, eating spicy foods, hot environment and excessive excercise etc, thus an air-conditioned environment is ideal!.
