Question: Bad allergies, anyone!?
I usually get my allergies really bad during the summer, but now I'm getting these really bad headaches right before I start sneezing like crazy, is there anything that will help me!?!?!? pleeeease! this is happening almost everyday now, I'm so sick of it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have horrible allergies along with headaches!. I also get dizzy spells from the pressure in my sinuses and ears!. I tried a Netti pot and that just stung my soft pallet, but in the allergy section at a pharmacy they have these great saline nasal rinse bottles!. If you get the starter kits they come with the packets of saline (normally the ingredients are sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride)!. You put the tip up to one nostril lean your head forward a little and the water runs through that nostril and out the other!. The feeling takes a little getting use to put your nose feels so good after you're done!. It has helped me so much!. Also a little Vick's vapor rub on your chest at night helps!.
