No. HPV doesn't cause a person to become infertile. The ONLY way HPV could cause a woman to become infertile is if she develops cervical cancer from it and has to have a hysterectomy done. Once a woman has a hysterectomy done she can not have any more children.
Developing cervical cancer is actually pretty rare though. But, that doesn't mean it should be taken lightly. Cervical cancer still kills thousands of women a year and still causes health problems. It's important that you stay on top of your yearly pap smears (or more if you have had abnormal ones). Good luck!
