Nasty Skin Question - Read at Ur Own Risk ?!

Sorry to ask, but I have to know!. In July I felt on my back something that I was sure was going to be a zit, hard and painful, so I left it alone!. I just felt it there again now, looked in the mirror and saw that it was purplish like a bruise!. I gave it a squeeze and blood started pouring out, but no pus!. Could it have been an insect bite this whole time!? Or blood clotting or something!? Or a zit with no pus, if that's possible!? Ugh, nasty!. Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
