Sometimes when i take deep breaths it's painful!. Like someone's stabbing me in the heart and I can't breath!. What's wrong with me!?

Every other week kind of rules out a lot of things!. Is it worse or better when you lay down!? Does it get better or worse when you sit and lean forward!?
There is something that I've seen and it goes like this!. You get this pain and it's very sharp and you take short little breaths because it hurts so bad!. It's kind of like a catch or cramp!. Then all within 10 minutes or so it goes away!. This is something that happens mostly in older children and teens!. I'm not sure what it is but I have seen it happen in myself and 3 other people!.
