Has anyone ever been?
Diagnosed with shingles too late and now you have to "ride it out " for 8-10 weeks or LONGER with just darvisat and ibuprohen. I'm in some serious pain here. thank You. My Doctor said If I would of came in sooner it could of been treated quicker. This is my 2nd time. the first time I was 16 and they were on my stomach. This time on collarbone and back of neck. I didn't know they could even be there. Instead of running to DR for every little thing I waited.. DO NOT ever DO that!Please tell me how to cope for next few months?

I had the shingles and i know how it feel but you could scratch honest the way i endure the pain and this is a remedy i thought by myself and don't know if it will work on others but give it a shot...
Because i cannot scratch....i use to take a piece of ice cube and planted it directly on the shingles it definitely took some of the heat and icthiness away (not completely mind you) but at least some of it a way and it does to some extend numb the feeling. after that i made sure the spot is dry and oh there is also a cream with steroids you can get from the pharmacy use to dry eczema and apply it to the area to prevent it from drying up If i am not mistaken the cream is E45.....
