My back just broke out please help me!!!?

My back has always been bad but now its terrible I used this new product and now its all over my back and 10 times worse. Im throwing a party tomorrow, a POOL PARTy and i have to swim what can i do without looking like a retard!!!! Please help

Buy something such as Neutrogena's Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating gel, or another product that clears acne fast. Make sure you shower regularly, and maybe you should invest in a body acne scrub so this doesn't happen again.
