I am not overweight. I have low blood pressure and am anemic. They only found the NASH because I was in the hospital after a previously undiagnosed ovarian cyst ruptured.
I am not ignoring the specialists, I am just curious as to how others are handling it. I have only known about it for 3 days now.

oh sweeta...well i really don't know much about it..but i think you should keep a stable weight..i mean if u'r over weight it will be good to reduce some kilos..mmm....eat alot of food rich in antioxidants...what else ?...ye follow by the letter ur Dr.'s instructions....have a positive attitude and it will be easy to cope with it...
