yeah, I have a sinus infection right now too ^^ Unfortunately, the only cure true for sinus infections are to make a doctor's appointment and get antibiotics!. Although people can get rid of them by using nasal sprays or using humidifyers or steam to clear sinuses, and even some have just by doing this and taking some medicine with lots of rest!. Either way, it's best if you go to the doctor and get antibiotics
You can help ease the pain and stuffiness by doing the type of things that you usually do for let's say a cold!. Since most sinus infections come with the side effects of not only a stuffy/runny nose but a bad headache and sore throat, so try doing things like drinking tea and putting a cold washcloth on your head and maybe taking some cold medicine (alka-seltzer plus has helped me a lot with sinus infections) and just sit tight until you can see the doc!. If you truly have a sinus infection - you need to get antibiotics!. If the Afrin is working - then you might just have allergies and not a sinus infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
