Yea i have this lump near anus that bleeds somtimes so should i have it checked out?

Sure. Either the lump is haemorrhoid (more likely) or cancer, you better check them.
Probably just external haemorrhoids, especially if you oftenly "produce" hard stool.
Eat veggies n fruit, bought otc's antihaemorrhoid if nescessary. But, i think you better go see your doctor for sure.
