My blood pressure is145/105?!

My blood pressure is145/105?

I called IEHP (my insurance and they say to just sleep and rest stay in a cool area how can you when you live in a very hot envirement I do have a bad headace,been dizzy and i do have sinus problem and my ears are pluged up. Can the heat and my sinuses could cause my blood prussure to go up?

for your sinuses try a otc med called Nasalcrom. most decongestants raise your B/P
Nasalcrom does not. it take about a week before it works but is the safest med for people with high b/p
