Its really tough to get an STD from going down on a girl, shed have to have a sore on her vag and youd have to have a sore on your mouth to have a decent shot of getting herpes!. not a canker sore!. and you can get that virus inside of your mouth!. It looks suspicious to me!. I would seek professional help soon!. If gone untreated, your could suffer irreversible oral damage!. This "sore" has more of a bulbous look to it than it being just a sore!. I donot think its coincidence that a "sore" would show up so soon after oral sex!.
