No MSG is very bad for your health!. If you are diabetic especially It is loaded with salt that can cause you to retain fluid and cause problems with your heart and kidneys!. If I go to eat out and feel that there might be MSG in the foods I ask them to prepare mine without MSG or I eat salad and fresh fruit only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
