it sounds like a pulled muscle to me!.get it checked though by your doctor!.cancer is usually painful in the last stages and i really dont think thats what it is so stop worrying hun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
In view of your description it's very unlikely to be cancer - more likely to be inflammation, possibly infection!. Get it checked anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
