witha flucuating bloodpressure,like 146/106 then now its 140/101 its been up all day. I do have stuffed up siniouses but i can breath but i also have a ear ace with stabing pains! help?

When you are having pain your blood pressure will elevate. If I were you I'd take some Tylenol or Motrin and try to rest. I would go to the Dr. in the morning. The number at the top is just a little high. 106 for the bottom number is fairly high, but I don't think it's so high that you need to go to the ER, unless it gets to120.
