Could be hives!. Very annoying, I'd go see a doctor!. When I got it, they checked for strep, and gave me some medicine for it!.

Try not to scratch obviously, and throughout the day, it would pop up in random places every so often, comming and going!.

Usually lasts a few days, or up to a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First things first, if you were in bed you need to change your sheets!. You are allergic to something, and it probably didn't completely go away the first time, just lessened!.

I don't think I'd worry about the sushi since you had the rash prior to eating the sushi and taking a nap!. You could use something like cortaid which would probably be cheaper than going to the Doctor initially!. If it persists, then I would go see a professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
