Vinegar and water will clean the face. Sure. But it doesn't cure the condition.
Some tips to clear up acne. Get rid of all face cloths....or use them once, soak in dettol, and dry out. Remember unclean face cloths carry inflecting flakes which re-infect your face.
Next, make a light tumeric paste and slap it on your entire face. Leave to dry for 15 mins then wash off with cold water. AND USE NOTHING ELSE ON THE FACE. If you like use a mildly rough loofa to give the face a good massage before and after the application of the tumeric paste.
the condition should disappear in a few days. Drink lots of water please.
Read Ayurvedic Medicine on the internet for effects of tumeric. Its a strong antiseptic.
